Experience level: 8+ years
Compensation: Salary competitive, with bonus potential. You have 8+ years’ experience in social responsibility, employee and community engagement, communications, marketing or other adjacent experience in either an in-house or agency environment. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university
Track record of working effectively with senior executives
Very strong writer
Serious research skills to develop insights to guide the development of client initiatives
Ability to communicate visually, especially in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Client service: Day-to-day leadership of clients from B2B and B2C industries; maintain a strong working relationship with them.
Project management: Manage complex strategy and communications workstreams at the intersection of purpose, ESG, comms, marketing, organizational development, and philanthropy.
Strategic planning: Develop annual client plans to support organizational and agency objectives.
Analysis: Apply rigorous attention to research, data, and metrics to monitor progress, “connect the dots,” and develop meaningful outcomes for clients.
