Location: Remote

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years’ experience in social responsibility, employee and community engagement, communications, marketing or other adjacent experience in either an in-house or agency environment. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university

  • Track record of working effectively with senior executives

  • Very strong writer

  • Serious research skills to develop insights to guide the development of client initiatives

  • Deadline oriented.

  • Ability to communicate visually, especially in PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Responsibilities

  • Client service: Day-to-day leadership of clients from B2B and B2C industries; maintain a strong working relationship with them.

  • Project management: Manage complex strategy and communications workstreams at the intersection of purpose, ESG, comms, marketing, organizational development, and philanthropy.

  • Strategic planning: Develop annual client plans to support organizational and agency objectives.

  • Analysis: Apply rigorous attention to research, data, and metrics to monitor progress, “connect the dots,” and develop meaningful outcomes for clients.
