Talya Bosch has provided cause-related and communications counsel to rising organizations such as Ecolab, Feeding America, IBM, PNC Financial Services, Sodexo, and more. Most recently, Bosch established the first corporate responsibility department and first CR report in Western Union’s 165-year history. At WU, Bosch built Education for Better, a corporate citizenship program that grew transactions by triple digits, moved $2.5 billion, underwrote 1M days of education and clinched #2 on Bloomberg’s Civic 50 for three years running. Previously a senior executive in nonprofit and consultancy settings – including Cone and Porter Novelli International – Bosch has led award-winning campaigns.

Kristian Merenda

Kristian Darigan Merenda is an expert movement-builder who has advised a wide range of world-class organizations in their efforts to drive mutually-beneficial transformation for business and society. She has been at the helm of some of the most iconic purpose initiatives launched in the past two decades, generating financial returns exceeding $1B for her clients and directing more than $2.5B in assets toward significant pro-social interventions. She has worked to establish and grow core performance competencies within organizations in functions including marketing, public affairs, community relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability - including at Edelman and Cone. Recently, her work creating Go Red for Women was honored by PR Week Magazine as the best campaign of the last two decades. Other client work has been featured in: President William J. Clinton’s Giving, Philip Kotler’s Social Marketing and M.Cass Wheeler’s You’ve Gotta Have Heart, among others and has received 100+ industry awards. Joe Dobrow

Joe is an innovative brand strategy consultant and writer who has been on the forefront of retail marketing and the natural foods business for two decades. Dobrow served as the head of marketing for Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, Fresh Fields and Balducci’s. His first book, Natural Prophets, an entrepreneurial history of the natural foods industry, was published by Rodale Books in 2014. He also created and runs the MBArk program for directing purpose-driven MBA students into the food and natural products industry.

Kristin Kenney

Kristin pairs agency agility with brand-side insights to develop purpose-led strategies for companies, nonprofits, and startups. Having worked with more than 60 brands through her career, she has an intuitive understanding of what motivates audiences to connect with brands in a way that converts them from consumers to advocates. In past roles, she has developed processes that leverage data to unearth insights which guide the development and implementation of stand-out strategies. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University, where she was a founding member of the University’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She also holds a Masters of Science in Business Management and Leadership from the City University of New York.

Audrey Sylvia is a passionate and high-performing purpose professional. She brings more than 20 years of creative leadership with companies and nonprofits. She has a broad set of capabilities: purpose and values development, global philanthropy and corporate social responsibility initiatives; beneficiary, storyteller and celebrity engagement; movement-building and cause marketing. Companies she has supported to include: ANN INC., Proctor & Gamble, Time Warner Cable, The TJX Companies, The Walt Disney Company and Western Union. Most recently, Audrey led the American Lung Association on development and launch of its multifaceted campaigns LUNG FORCE and Saved By The Scan. Both drove significant gains in awareness, fundraising and behavior change. Audrey is thrilled to return to the industry-leading Cone team (that's right - she also worked at Cone Communications in the past!) and continue to drive mutually beneficial transformation for business and society.

Anne is a passionate advocate for social impact and an experienced professional in strategic communication and the development of stakeholder relationships. With a background in crisis communication and change management consulting, as well as non-profit organizational development, Anne pursues impact and execution with tenacity and an understanding that nothing changes if nothing changes. While completing her Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Ethics, and Organizational Sustainability from Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business, Anne conducted research on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and consulted for aspiring local Benefit Corporations.

Nicole Pironi

Nicole Pironi is an organizational consultant who leverages her expertise in human behavior in the workplace to help companies align on their purpose, achieve their strategic vision, and deliver on stakeholder expectations. She brings experience with a diverse spectrum of leading companies which include NatWest Group and Quest Diagnostics. Diving deep on insights gained from reporting aligned with GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the UN SDGs, she has helped build programs supporting issues related to climate, health, diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement and recruitment/selection. Previously, Nicole worked for Vee Ventures, a management consulting company focused on fueling purpose-led organizational transformation. Here, Nicole led research on the role of purpose for organizational strategy & growth, provided recruitment and selection services for clients, and produced multiple instruments for selection processes. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Muhlenberg College.
