About the role
We’re seeking an Account Supervisor to deliver exceptional client service with a focus on sustainability disclosure and reporting. Core responsibilities for this role span:
Strategic planning: Develop and drive plans to advance client objectives and regulatory requirements around a range of issues, with a focus on both mandatory and market-based disclosures (e.g., CSRD, TCFD, TNFD, EcoVadis, etc.).
Client service: Day-to-day leadership of clients from B2B and/or B2C industries. Ability to maintain a strong working relationship with clients. with a growth mindset to retain and delight.
Project management: Manage complex reporting and communications projects and timelines, overseeing everything from strategy to implementation. A proactive mindset and ability to “keep the trains running” (on-time!) are crucial for this role.
Analysis: Conduct and/or oversee research and gaps analyses to monitor progress, “connect the dots,” and develop meaningful outcomes for clients. Monitor changing regulations and provide well-reasoned strategic counsel to teams and clients up to date.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in sustainability, including reporting and disclosures and communications in either an in-house or agency environment.
Experience supporting corporate decarbonization and climate transition planning.
A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
Track record of working effectively with senior executives.
Strong writer with a solid grasp of proper grammar, an eye for clean formatting, and ability to clearly and concisely structure persuasive documents.
Keen research skills to support recommendations and insights with objective facts.
Deadline-oriented.
Ability to communicate visually, especially in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Ability to work remotely in the U.S. or Canada, with East Coast timezones strongly preferred.
