Caitlin Carroll empowers clients to pursue purposeful work that is timely and feels authentic to them. She is also a communications strategist, and uses her interest in sustainability, inclusive stakeholder engagement, and normative political questions to shape her work. As an Associate at Carol Cone ON PURPOSE, she provides account management support, using research to inform strategic partnership development and storytelling to amplify impact.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science, with a concentration in Political Theory, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A strong believer that change begins with learning, she promoted environmental literacy as a volunteer with the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (SBAPCD), and before that, with the student-led organization, Sprout Up. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys practicing yoga and recently completed a 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower. She also loves being outside, listening to music, and cooking!
